Recunnect Ltd. – About Us

Recunnect Ltd. is an event management company specializing in producing and organizing dynamics events that share insights, trigger thinking and spur innovation. If you attend our events as a delegate, speaker or sponsor, you are our Customer.

We require all our Customers to provide us contact details. This includes your name, your job title, your company’s name and address, your business email address, and if you are registering for a colleague to attend, their email address and contact details. Your business email address and contact details is absolutely essential as this is how we will send you information about you’re the conference, including order confirmations, invoices and a remittance advice to confirm payment. How your details are held and used and also how we may contact you are outlined in our privacy policy.

Event Contract

These terms and condition constitute formal agreement between Recunnect Ltd. and you (Customer). Both the parties are bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Subject to any variation to the contract in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative on behalf of Recunnect Ltd., the Contract will be upon the Terms and Conditions listed here. Receipt of a booking form, inclusive or exclusive of payment, a credit or debit card guarantee or payment, cash payment, bank transfer or cheque payment and acceptance of such by us for you to attend our event signifies an understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Event Bookings / Payment Terms

We reserve the right to decline any booking for an event. Recunnect Ltd. requires full payment of the amount to be made at the time of booking via credit card, debit card, bank transfer or cheque payment. If payment is not made at the time of booking an event, then an invoice will be issued and must be paid in full within 14 days from the date of the booking stated on the invoice and immediately prior to the event. A credit card guarantee may be requested if the payment has not been received in full before the event and payment will be taken before entry to the event. We are unable to allow a delegate or sponsor to attend an event unless payment has been received in full by us prior to commencement of the event. Recunnect Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on unpaid invoices.

Cancellation Policy

Registration entitles the named delegate, speaker or sponsors to attend the event. These places are not transferable without the agreement of Recunnect Ltd for which reasonable prior notice must be given. A proposed substitution will not be unreasonably refused.

For any cancellations received in writing not less than Thirty (30) days prior to the event, we will provide you with a 90% credit to be used at another Recunnect Ltd event which must occur within one year from the date of issuance of such credit. An administration fee of 10% of the registration fee will be retained by Recunnect Ltd for all permitted cancellations. No credit will be issued for any cancellations occurring within fifteen (15) days (inclusive) of the event.


Recunnect Ltd. reserves the right to make alterations to the event / executive briefing content, timing, speakers or program and venues. Where major or significant changes occur shortly before the conference date, Recunnect Ltd. will endeavour to take reasonable steps to notify the Customers using the contact details supplied by them. However, any such changes and any other changes will be deemed to have been sufficiently notified to the Customers if placed on the conference web site. The onus remains on the Customers to check for updated information at all times.

The event may be postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Recunnect Ltd. We have no liability for any loss of trade or profit occurring to the Customer as a result of a change or cancellation. Recunnect Ltd. will not accept liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays and in such circumstances the normal cancellation restrictions apply.

In the event that Recunnect Ltd. cancels an event for any reason, the Customer will receive a refund of the registration fee paid. The refund will be made within 30 days from the date of cancellation of the conference. If the event is postponed to a date within 12 months then no refund will be given. However if the event is postponed to a date after 12 months of the present event then the registration fee will be refunded within 30 days of the date of announcement of such postponement.

Recording and Photography

No recording, videoing or photographing of the event proceedings by any means is permitted without prior agreement in writing from Recunnect Ltd. and any recording, video or photographs made without such permission shall be deemed to be the property of Recunnect Ltd. The Customer consents to the filming and sound recording and photography of the event and consent to the use by Recunnect Ltd. of any such recording or photography anywhere in the world for promotional, marketing and other purposes.

Event Attendance

Recunnect Ltd may (at its sole discretion) refuse admission to, or eject from the event, any person in its absolute discretion, including (without limitation) any person who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or who in the opinion of Recunnect Ltd. represents a security risk, nuisance or annoyance to the running of the event. Customers agree to comply with all reasonable instructions issued by Recunnect Ltd. or the venue owners at the event.

Payment of Invoice

Recunnect Ltd. aims to maintain a good and long-standing business relationship with its Customers, however failure to pay in accordance with the agreed terms causes us significant problems and expense in chasing late payers. For late payers we will take action to enforce full payment of the invoice, and without prejudice any other rights, to terminate the contract with you in respect of any future supplies and to compensation for debt recovery costs under “The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest)” Act 1998 as amended and supplemented by “The Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002”. In jurisdictions where this may not apply Customers accept that equivalent interest (8% above UK base rate) and debt recovery fees (minimum £40) will be payable to offset our costs in this matter. We may set and vary credit limits from time to time and may not accept any further orders if such credit limits are exceeded. If Customers have a problem with any product or service please contact us immediately and we will try and resolve the issue. You should however pay the invoice in full by the due date to prevent further action!

Recunnect Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. However, you will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time you submit your registration. This Agreement is governed by English law and Customers submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Nothing shall prevent or restrict Recunnect Ltd. from pursuing any action against Customer in any court of competent jurisdiction
